The trial period has some nice moments, but takes the path of predictability. It’s not a bad thing if you know how a movie will end (insert quote about how the journey is more important than the destination). Not this time.

It’s interesting how everyone has a perspective on relationships and sometimes their breakdown when two strangers meet through strange circumstances and form a bond. But the real task in this situation is to convince the audience that these two people can stay together regardless of where they come from. The Trial is that special film that deserves an audience.
